BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, AMBUR TALUK POLICE STATION, AMBUR, THIRUPPATHUR DISTRICT CRIME NO.68 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the contition of the petitioner shall report before the respodent police for a period of two months, daily at 10.am. Imposed by this Hon`ble High Court in Crl.O.P.No.8497 of 2022 by its order dated 29.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of The public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8497 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to report before the respondent police for a period of two months, daily at 10.00 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 16/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
