Respondents PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020 by revoking the look out notice dated 29.10.2019 against the petitioner concerned in Passport of the petitioner bearing No.Z4076654 of the petitioner to secure the ends of justice and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020, to remove the "LOOK OUT" circular issued as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the "LOOK OUT" circular issued as against the petitioner dated 29.10.2019 was cancelled and infact the petitioner also had gone from India to London, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9856 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
