This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records leading to the issue of (i) Memorandum No. MSTC/P&T/07/043/20/994 dated 30/06/2020 and (ii) Letter Ref No. P&T/07/43/20/4410 dated 29.04.2021 both on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondent herein to pay the petitioner the full gratuity amount due to him on his retirement along with other retirement benefits forthwith.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the gratuity and retirement benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.
3. Since the petitioner's grievance is redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
