The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the Crime No.73 of 2023 instead of Crime No.73 of 2024 in the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1115 of 2025.

Since there is no specific provision to amend the order as per the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure or Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Original Petition in the manner known to law.
