COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) Today these review applications are listed under the caption 'For re-hearing'.

2. These review applications are directed against the common order passed by this Court dated 02.02.2018 made in W.A. Nos. 2642 to 2655 of 2012 and W.A. Nos. 681 to 686 of 2012.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. This Court had earlier considered a batch of review applications in Review Application Nos. 115, 116, 121, 122, 123, 125, and 129 of 2020, which were filed to review the order of this Court dated 02.02.2018 in W.A. Nos. 2642 to 2655 of 2012 and W.A. No. 684 of 2012. By order dated 31.10.2022, this Court dismissed the said review applications, observing that there is no error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference to review the order passed by this Court.

5. Since the same order has now been challenged again by way of review, this Court cannot entertain these review applications. Accordingly, these review applications are dismissed. No costs. In view of the order passed by this Court today, the order dictated in open Court during the previous hearing on 02.01.2025 is not signed and recalled. (S.S.SUNDAR., J.)
