ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a charge sheet along with final report against the accused in connection with Crime No.25 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.25 of 2021 on 22.01.2021, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file charge sheet within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file charge sheet on or before 30.09.2021.
