ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506 (i) of I.P.C. R/w. 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Cr.No.73 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a widow and utilizing her loneliness, the petitioner is alleged to have sexually abused her.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and would further submit that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were living together and due to strained relationship, the defacto complainant has lodged the complainant. 4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate. 5.Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
