PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in PAN No.AAFCM5427P, quash the impugned order dated 21.7.2015 passed by the first respondent rejecting the stay petition and direct the first respondent to grant stay of demand relating to the assessment year 2011-12 pending disposal of the appeal before the second respondent.
