This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR against Mr.N.Bharathi Kamban, S/o.Mr.K.Natarajan on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2019.

2. Heard Mr.B.Manimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.11.2019 itself.

4. Since the complaint already filed by the petitioner was closed on 25.11.2019 itself, this petition is devoid of merits and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
