O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 to dispose the petitioner representation dated 28.04.2019 and consequently issue direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to safeguard the petitioner life and personal liberty.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 20.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 27.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 27.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 29.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
