Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 for issuance of patta in respect Survey No.316/10 and 11, Nallalakuppam Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 for issuance of patta, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
