(CRIME NO 70 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time to the petitioner shall surrender before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned magistrate concerned in Crl.OP.No.10961/2022 dated 11/05/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P. SARAVANAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 11.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10961 of 2022 to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 28.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
