The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint and file the FIR against the said person for the complaint dated 24.08.2015 vide C.S.R.No.52/SPG/SB/2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was cheated by the counter petitioners to the tune of Rs.2,50,00,000/- by running financial institutions. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 24.08.2015 and the same was taken on file in C.S.R.No.52/SPG/SB/2015. But, no action was taken by the respondent police till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in Crime No.52 of 2007, by completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate No.II, Vellore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.Nos.128 to 130 of 2011 and pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Vellore. He further would submit that the counter petitioners have also lodged a complaint against this petitioner.

4.Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.52 of 2007, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
