The matter is listed today at the instance of the Registry.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that though this Court had ordered the petition on payment of separate Court fee, however, till date, the petitioners have not deposited individual court fee, thereby, the Registry is unable to draft and issue the copy of the order.

3. It is to be pointed out that vide amendment to the Court Fee Rules, there is a clear stipulation that upon ordering of individual court fee, the same should be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, otherwise the said order will enure to the benefit of the first petitioner alone.

4. However, till date separate court fee has not been paid by the petitioners. In the said circumstances, it is hereby directed that the petitioners shall pay individual court fee and produce the copy of payment before the AE Section of this Court within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the order shall enure only to the benefit of the first petitioner.

5. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the petitioners so as to enable compliance of the aforesaid directions.
