Order No.82/2011 dated 7.02.2011 and the consequential order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings C.No.89/SC1/2011 dated 27.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential service benefits within a time-frame as deem fit and property by this Court.
