O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 26.12.2013, bearing CSR No.322 of 2013 and investigate the complaint in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Mariappan and others stating that they threatened the petitioner and obtained signature in blank papers and created forged documents. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was assigned CSR.No.322 /2013. Though the complaint was lodged on 26.12.2013, till date no progress was made. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the materials gathered indicates any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
