This Criminal Original Petition has filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.1334 of 2020 on the file of the respondent for the offence under section 283 of IPC. 2.When the matter is taken up today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that final report has already been filed in this case before the Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore in year 2021 itself and the same is yet to be taken cognizance by the concerned Magistrate. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
