ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Elaya Raj Kumar, learned counsel for M/s.Ramalingam and Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6; and, Mr.Anirudh Krishnan, learned counsel for respondents 7 to 9.
2. Learned counsel for respondents 7 to 9 seeks time. On 10.11.2023, time was sought by learned counsel for the private respondents and the matter was adjourned for more than eight weeks.
3. Today, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the survey is scheduled to be conducted in respect of the subject-property on 29th January, 2024. He further submits that, if upon survey any encroachment is noticed, then in accordance with the provisions of law, the encroachment would be removed.
4. In the light of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.14176 of 2019 is closed.
