ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148,294(b) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.302/2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a civil dispute between the defacto complainant and accused persons/A1 to A4 with regard to the construction of toilet at the defacto complainant's house. Due to which, A1 poured kerosene on the defacto complainant's body and set ablaze and she got injured and admitted into the hospital, wherein, the defacto complainant made confession to the respondent police. Based on the complaint, the case came to be registered against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that even as per the FIR, at the time of occurrence, the petitioner verbally abused the defacto complainant and not poured kerosene on her body and A1 and other accused have poured kerosene to the defacto complainant's body and set ablaze. He further submits that he was the neighbour of the defacto complainant and he was a mute spectator. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons have poured kerosene on the defacto complainant's body and set fire. Thereby, the defacto complainant hand sustained grievous injuries. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
