ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Abdul Raheem, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
