The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint dated 02.06.2020 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 02.06.2020 from the petitioner, he was issued with CSR No.38 of 2020. Thereafter the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and closed the CSR on 13.07.2020.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition becomes devoid of merits. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
