Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the order dated 12.01.2016 by the National Commission for Safai Karamacharis to regularise the service of the petitioner with effect from his initial appointment i.e. from 1.4.1987 with backwages and all other consequential service and monetary benefits in the post of sanitary worker in the respondent institution.
