Though Ms.V.Jayasree, representing M/s.Viruksham Legal appearing on behalf of respondents 7 to 9 opposes this miscellaneous petition, it is a settled position that condonation of delay in representing a case, is a matter between the Court and the party. I find the reasons stated in the affidavit are convincing. Hence, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
