This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the accused to suspend the sentence of imprisonment for life passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu in Spl.S.C.No.58 of 2021 dated 30.12.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, and the appeal is ripe for arguments, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.

3. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
