ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the appeal against the Judgement and Decree made in MACTOP No.5744 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Tribunal IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai, dated 23.04.2019.

2.Mr.K.Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent/insurance company has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 114 days is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal.
