ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2419 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.376 of 2020 order dated 25.02.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner did not appear due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
