26.10.2012 and No.A II/TLT/A/3/2004/ 660 dated 22.04.2004 respectively and quash the said orders insofar as it relates to the condition imposed making passing of Tamil language test within two years from the date of this order and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval for the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Professor (Economics) in the fifth respondent College, with all service and monetary benefits, from the date of her appointment.
