Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 06.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10728 of 2022 in Crime No.10 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.10728 of 2022 on 06.05.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
