2. The plaintiff is having the benefit of an order of interim injunction in its favour in O.A.No.350 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 since 30.04.2024. The said interim injunction is still in force. Since the parties are exploring the possibility of settlement and the interim injunction order is still in force, no useful purpose will be served by keeping O.A.No.350 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 still pending. This Court had granted the interim injunction on 30.04.2024 in favour of the plaintiff only after observing that the applicant/plaintiff has made out a prima facie case. Accordingly, the interim injunction order dated 30.04.2024 passed in O.A.No.350 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 is made absolute and O.A.No.350 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for. O.A.No.350 of 2024 & A.Nos.2504, 2505 & 2506 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 made clear that the interim injunction is made absolute without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents/defendants in the main suit.
3. In view of this Court making the interim injunction absolute, the consequential applications filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking interim direction viz., A.Nos.2504, 2505 & 2506 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.93 of 2024 are closed.
