O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition dated 2/3/2022, passed in Crl.M.P.No.629 of 2022, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.
2. Heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that vide, order, dated 2/3/2022, in Crl.M.P.No.629 of 2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram had directed the petitioner to produce the original R.C book of the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN57AR-3895 - Bolera Maxi to the Court.
4. The main grievance of the petitioner is that since the petitioner has availed bank loan, Original R.C book is with the Bank.

5. Considering the circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to get certified copies from the Bank, duly attested by the competent authority of the bank officials and produce before the Court concerned.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
