CRIME NO.51 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honorable Court in the order dated 22.04.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.5029 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4127 of 2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 22.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5029 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4127 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 22.04.2021 directed the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 03.03.2021 stand unaltered.
