Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.11417/2022 dated 18.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.VINODHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11417 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
