ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 28.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. A reading of the complaint would reveal that complainant had lend money to the proposed party and that the proposed party has not returned the amount. The complainant has also stated that the proposed party has given a blank cheque for the amount due.

4. In view of the above, this court feels that it is civil in nature, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
