Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass order on the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2017 for name transfer in Patta No.1126 and 2228, in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2017 seeking for name transfer, the second respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2017 seeking for name transfer and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
