ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application seeking for transfer of patta and only then, the said application will be considered by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit an online application within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any and any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the second respondent seeking for transfer of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition along with the supporting documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall pass final orders on the said application, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. No costs.
