JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was of the year of 2013. A perusal of the record shows that when the appeal was taken up for hearing on 13.03.2018, it was represented that first respondent died and therefore, time was granted to take steps to bring the legal heirs on record. Inspite of time granted, steps have not been taken by the appellant and again when the appeal was listed for hearing, further time was granted on 12.06.2018. However, till date, the legal heirs of the first respondent were not brought on record. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant, hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
