This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Erode in Special S.C.No.33 of 2020 dated 16.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 52 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
