Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 26.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.595 of 2014 in O.S.No.96 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Villupuram.

This matter stands listed today for admission.

2. The third defendant in three suits O.S.No.96 of 2011,

O.S.No.97 of 2011 and O.S.No.98 of 2011 on the file of I Additional Sub-Judge, Villupuram which were filed by the three different plaintiffs, on three different mortgages in respect of three different properties, filed an application I.A.No.595 of 2014 in the Court below for joint trial of all the three cases.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in stead of joint trial, Court may grant permission to the petitioner to seek an order for simultaneous trial. On the basis of the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

4.Endorsement is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the trial Court for simultaneous trial of all the three cases.
