The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the case in Crime No.101 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in Crime No.101 of 2014 was completed and final report also has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi.
