The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2014 passed by the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner's father, while working as Mazdoor-II, died on 01.07.2011, leaving behind the petitioner, his mother, and two sisters, along with his parents, as his legal representatives. At the time of his demise, the petitioner was a minor. The petitioner's mother made a request for employment on compassionate grounds, but it was rejected by the second respondent. Once again, another application was made seeking employment, but it was also rejected by order dated 23.01.2014, on the ground that the 2/5
petitioner was a minor. Now, the petitioner has sought employment on compassionate grounds.
3. It is seen from the records that after a period of 13 years from the date of his father's demise, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Further, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition after a period of 10 years from the date of rejection of the application. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the second respondent.
