This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2019 from the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur and transfer the same to the file of Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram to try along with the pending H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2019, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram.
2. Mr.P.R.Thiruneelakandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
