2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents.

Though the revisions have been filed against the order in I.A.Nos.2870 of 2015 in O.S.No.2523 of 2014 and I.A.No.2871 of 2015 in I.A.No.2902 of 2014 in O.S.No.2523 of 2014 on the contention that such applications permitting amendment of the plaint ought not to have been allowed when no proper description of the plaint schedule property has been informed, learned

counsel for petitioners, on perusal of the field map presently produced by respondents before this Court, would admit that the amendment permitted allows for a proper description of the suit property in keeping with the field map. In the circumstances, there is no reason to interfere with the orders under challenge.

The Civil Revision Petitions, accordingly, are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.06.2016 Index:yes/no Internet:yes gm To The Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore.
