Respondent PRAYER This contempt petition has been filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking to pass the contempt order against the respondent for disobedience and violating the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the this Hon'ble Court in CRP(NPD) No. 5055 of 2024.

ORDER
There is no representation for the contempt petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr.A.Ilayaperumal submitted that the contemnor has vacated the premises and 1 / 3
the respondent/ contemnor is willing to pay the arrears after deducting the amount spent for construction of front elevation, the rent paid and the damages caused during the lock and seal. In this regard, the contemnor has also taken a demand draft for a sum of Rs.18,710/- (Rupees eighteen thousand seven hundred and ten only), No.314460, dated 21.01.2026 in favour of the petitioner which was drawn on Union Bank of India and a photocopy of the demand draft has also been produced before the court. However, as none appears for the contempt petitioner, this court is of the view that the respondent contemnor shall despatch the demand draft to the address of the petitioner with acknowledgement due.
2.Since the order passed by this court has been complied with by the contemnor, the contempt petition is closed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
