Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 for issuance of separate patta for the landed property an extent of 1,500 sq.ft (139.35 sq.mt) being Plot No.11 comprised in Survey No.1/9, 1/8, 1/8C at Valajanagaram Village, Ariyalur District and pass orders within a stipulate period of time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 for issuance of separate patta for the landed property of an extent of 1,500 sq.ft (139.35 sq.mts) being Plot No.11 comprised in Survey No.1/9, 1/8, 1/8C at Valajanagaram Village, Ariyalur District and pass orders within a stipulate period of time as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 05.04.2022 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta in his name. However, the said application has been rejected by the respondents.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
