Respondents PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023 and to strictly follow the above Notification issued for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector, Grade-II more particularly the educational qualification prescribed therein (Diploma in automobile Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 Years Course) and further directing the respondents to reject the unqualified candidates as per the above TNPSC notification No. 03/2018 Terms and Conditions and also the prevailing Service Rules (i.e General Rules Instead of Special Rule) in force those who (as said above 125 (103 plus 22) candidates out of 226 candidates) were participated in the Oral Test dated dated 30.03.2023 and 31.03.2023 and fix date to interview and allow the petitioner to participate interview.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for TNPSC would submit that the request of the petitioner is already covered by a Division Bench judgment of this Court dated 22.12.2023 in W.A.Nos.590 of 2023 etc., batch 2.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the peitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
