ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for flouting the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21022 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that no time limit was fixed by this Court in the order dated 11.11.2024 to complete the investigation since the offence involved is cyber crime. He further submitted that out of earnest efforts taken by the respondents-police, they could not complete the investigation and file the charge sheet.

3. Admittedly, no time limit was fixed by this Court in the order dated 11.11.2024. However, the respondents police are directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is closed. 09.01.2026 ksa-2
