ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 28.07.2025 before the respondents seeking issuance of fresh patta on his favour, in respect of Survey No.728 for an extent of 2.33 Acres. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 & 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved

persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
