The contempt petition has been filed praying to issue summons to the Respondent and punish him for wantonly disobeying the orders dated 31.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 2563 of 2025. 2.It is informed that challenging the order under contempt a Writ Appeal in WA.No.2194 of 2025 has been filed. The said Writ Appeal was allowed on 24.09.2025.
