The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, in I.D.No.332 of 2003 dated 19.11.2014 in and by which the members of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees Union were given the benefit of regularisation w.e.f. 05.10.1990. 2.
On the face of the records, it is seen that the Management of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Limited has come with the present Writ Petition after a lapse of 3 years, seeking to quash the award of the 2nd respondent dated 19.11.2014 without giving any justifiable and acceptable reason for the delay. Therefore, on the ground of delay, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained.

In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed.
No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
