O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 8.6.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the measurement of the property and to fix the boundary stones.

2. Mr. Aruldoss, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has been taken on file and the 3rd respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 30.09.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry in order to take a decision to survey the property, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
